Returns & Exchanges

Information about cancellations, statutory withdrawal rights, exchanges and order issues.

1. Contact us first

For a return, cancellation, damaged item or exchange request, email info@erdelleatelier.com and include your order number, the relevant item and a brief explanation. For damaged or incorrect deliveries, photographs can help us resolve the issue more quickly.

2. Statutory withdrawal

For eligible distance sales in Türkiye, consumers generally have 14 days to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by law. The applicable start date and notification rules depend on the transaction. Please notify us clearly of your decision to withdraw.

3. Exceptions

Exceptions may apply to goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalised, and to certain sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where applicable law allows. Ordinary handbags, wallets or accessories are not automatically excluded simply because they are handmade or limited edition.

4. Returning items

After you contact us, we will provide the appropriate return process and shipping instructions. Return delivery cost allocation follows the rules and disclosures applicable to the specific order; it is not automatically charged to the customer. Please package goods with reasonable care.

5. Refunds

Where a refund is due, we will process it within the legally required period and using a method consistent with applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the transaction.

6. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us promptly. Statutory consumer remedies for non-conforming products remain available even if a discretionary exchange policy does not apply.

7. Exchanges

Availability-dependent exchanges can be requested via email. A requested exchange is not guaranteed for limited-stock pieces; any additional voluntary exchange terms must be confirmed with the customer and cannot restrict mandatory statutory rights.
