Distance Sales Terms
General information about online orders. Each completed order should also be accompanied by its transaction-specific pre-contract information and distance sales agreement.

2. Products and prices
Product characteristics, quantities, taxes, total price and any shipping charges are disclosed on the product page and during checkout before an order is submitted. The price and currency shown and confirmed at checkout govern the order.
3. Placing an order
Before you commit to pay, you should be able to review the product, delivery details, total payable amount, any additional charges, and applicable withdrawal information. An order is confirmed only after the payment/confirmation process communicated during checkout is completed.
4. Delivery
Delivery regions, shipping costs and estimated dispatch or delivery times are communicated at checkout or in the relevant product information. Delivery obligations and deadlines are subject to mandatory consumer rules. If fulfillment becomes impossible or delayed, we will inform the customer and follow applicable refund and cancellation requirements.
5. Withdrawal and exceptions
Eligible consumers purchasing at a distance generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right, subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions. Certain made-to-order or clearly personalised goods and certain sealed hygiene-related goods after unsealing may be exempt where the law permits. An item being described as “limited edition” alone does not remove mandatory withdrawal rights.

See our Returns & Exchanges page for the contact procedure. Mandatory statutory rights, refund timing, return shipping obligations and exceptions take precedence over any store guidance. Refunds are generally returned by the legally required method and within the applicable legal deadline.
7. Complaints and dispute resolution
For order queries contact us using the details below. Consumers may also use the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in Türkiye, subject to the applicable monetary thresholds and procedural rules. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
